Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of ohmybaddie.com (the "Platform") and applies to all users, including creators, fans, and visitors. It sets forth the types of content and conduct that are strictly prohibited on the Platform. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Zero-Tolerance Content

The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

3.1.1 What IS Allowed

The following categories of content are permitted on the Platform, provided all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and have given informed consent to the content being recorded and posted:

• Hate speech, slurs, or derogatory stereotypes
• Content promoting white supremacy, neo-Nazism, or similar ideologies
• Calling for harm or violence against protected groups
• Genocide denial or revisionism
• Symbols, imagery, or gestures associated with hate groups

2.2 Violent Content

Content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes violence, physical harm, or death. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or injury
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Threats of violence against individuals or groups
• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence or assault
• Instructions on how to cause physical harm

2.3 Extremism

Content that promotes, supports, or advocates for extremist ideologies, terrorism, or violent radicalization. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content advocating for terrorist organizations or their activities
• Recruiting for extremist causes or groups
• Providing materials, guidance, or resources for terrorist acts
• Celebrating or glorifying terrorist attacks or extremists
• Conspiracy theories that incite violence or harassment

2.4 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

The Platform has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors. Such content is strictly prohibited under any circumstances and is never permitted on the Platform, including in private messages, locked content, or any other area of the service. We do not host, store, transmit, or facilitate access to CSAM.

We comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable international reporting obligations. All suspected CSAM is:

• Reviewed by our trust & safety team as the highest-priority queue
• Preserved as required by law
• Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to relevant law enforcement authorities

If you encounter suspected CSAM on the Platform, report it immediately through the in-app Report button (selecting "Child sexual abuse material" as the category) or by emailing [email protected]. Do not download, screenshot, or share the content.

3. Other Prohibited Content

In addition to the zero-tolerance categories above, the following content and activities are also prohibited:

• Illegal activities or content that facilitates illegal acts
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (including "deepfakes")
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Impersonation of individuals or entities
• Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Distribution of malware or malicious code
• Circumvention of payment systems or access controls

3.1 Adult and Sensual Content

Oh My Baddie is a platform for mature and sensual content created by and for adults 18 years of age or older. Our creators model lingerie, swimwear, boudoir, fitness, and similar adult aesthetics. We are not a pornographic platform. The line between what is allowed and what is prohibited is described in broad categories below. 3.1.1 What IS Allowed

The following categories of content are permitted on the Platform, provided all depicted individuals are verified adults 18 years of age or older and have given informed consent to the content being recorded and posted:

• Lingerie, swimwear, and boudoir photography and video
• Tasteful partial nudity where the breasts, genitals, and anus remain fully covered by clothing, fabric, or other objects
• Suggestive and sensual posing and movement, including sensual dance and similar adult entertainment aesthetics
• Kissing, hugging, cuddling, and other intimate contact that is not sexual in nature
• Adult 18+ modeling, glamour, fashion, and fitness content of any kind
• Fetish, kink, BDSM, and roleplay content that does not depict sexual acts or visible genitalia
• Discussion of adult topics, sexuality, and preferences in text, audio, or implied visual form

3.1.2 What Is NOT Allowed

The following content categories are strictly prohibited on the Platform, regardless of consent, age verification, or local legality:

• Sexually explicit content, including sexual acts, visible or clearly exposed genitalia, and content designed primarily to depict sexual arousal or orgasm
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way, or any content depicting individuals who are or appear to be under 18 in a sexual or suggestive context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including so-called "deepfakes" or any intimate imagery published without the consent of all depicted individuals
• Bestiality, or any content depicting sexual activity with animals
• Incest, or any content depicting sexual activity between family members
• Prostitution, escort services, or any content that explicitly offers or solicits in-person sexual services
• Off-platform solicitation that bypasses our payment system, including advertising competing platforms, third-party payment apps, or off-platform contact information for the purpose of commercial sex

3.1.3 The "Baddie" Standard

When in doubt, apply the "Baddie" standard: the baddie aesthetic is sensual, not pornographic. The Platform is named for the baddie who is confident, mature, and sexy, but who is not engaged in explicit sexual acts. Content should reflect that aesthetic. If a piece of content could appear in a mainstream lingerie catalog, a fashion magazine, or an art exhibition without being classified as pornography, it is permitted. If the primary purpose of the content is to depict sexual acts, visible genitalia, or graphic sexual arousal, it is not permitted. When in doubt, the baddie standard favors the conservative interpretation. The baddie standard is the tie-breaker when a specific piece of content is not clearly addressed by the categories above.

3.1.4 Enforcement of the Adult Content Standard

Violations of the adult and sensual content standard are subject to our three-strike enforcement policy. First-time violations of the standard typically result in content removal and a written warning. Repeat violations result in temporary suspension. Zero-tolerance violations within this category (CSAM, non-consensual content, bestiality, content depicting minors) follow the Section 2.4 enforcement path and are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required. The specific moderation signals we use to detect prohibited content are internal and not disclosed in this policy.

4. Monetization of Prohibited Content

Under no circumstances may users monetize any content described in Sections 2 or 3 of this AUP. This includes, but is not limited to, offering subscriptions, accepting tips or gifts, selling access to content, or receiving any form of payment in connection with prohibited content. Any attempts to monetize prohibited content will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings.

4.1 Age Verification

Every user confirms they are 18 years of age or older when creating an account. Before a user can post content for the first time, they confirm again that all depicted individuals are 18+ and that the content complies with this AUP. That per-post acknowledgement is recorded once and is not requested again for subsequent posts.

Before a user can charge for content (subscriptions, gifts, paid unlocks), the user must complete Stripe Connect identity verification. Stripe Connect matches the user's government ID and a selfie to confirm the user is 18+ and is the person depicted in the content. Stripe Connect's identity verification is in addition to the signup and per-post confirmations.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, the user is the secondary producer of their content and is responsible for keeping records demonstrating that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and consented to the content. Oh My Baddie maintains the platform records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this AUP, please report it using the report button available on every post, message, and profile page, or contact us through our contact form. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) should be reported via the in-app Report button with the "Child sexual abuse material" category, or emailed directly to [email protected] for the fastest response. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are subject to our three-strike enforcement policy. Content found to violate this AUP will be removed immediately. Accounts found to violate this AUP may be subject to:

• Content removal without notice
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of unpaid earnings (for zero-tolerance violations)
• All confirmed CSAM is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and to law enforcement as appropriate
• Referral to law enforcement (where required by law) for non-CSAM violations

7. Updates

We may update this AUP at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically.
