Help & FAQ
Everything you need to know about earning, fees, and payouts on Oh My Baddie.
How do messages work?
Direct messaging lets fans and creators chat privately. Here's how it works:
Free messages: By default, creators' inboxes are open to anyone. If a creator has turned on a messaging limit, non-subscribers get a small number of free messages per conversation. Once that runs out, fans can keep chatting by sending a gift-locked message (a small coin gift) or by subscribing to the creator. Creators configure their own free-message limit in Settings → Messaging.
Gift-Locked messages: Creators can send special locked messages that require a coin gift to view. These messages don't count toward the free message limit, and they appear with a premium card and blurred preview.
Lock indicators: Creators can see which of their locked messages have been unlocked, a 🔒 means no one has unlocked it yet, and a 🔓 with a count shows how many fans have paid to view it.
Media: You can send images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and videos (MP4, WebM, MOV) in messages. Video files are limited to 10 minutes and 150 MB per file. Up to 10 files per message.
Reactions: React to any message with emoji reactions (❤️, 👍, 🔥, and more). One reaction per person per message.
Replying: Reply to specific messages or to posts. A reply preview shows the original message above your composer.
Why don't I get message alerts on time?
Oh My Baddie is a web app. Instant alerts need a quick one-time setup:
- iPhone (Safari): Tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open the new icon, then allow notifications.
- Android (Chrome): Tap Install / Add to Home screen (or Allow when asked for notifications).
- Desktop: Click the install icon in the address bar, then allow notifications.
You can check your setup anytime in Settings → Notifications. Email backups for new messages stay on by default, even if push is off.

What kind of content can creators post?
Oh My Baddie is a platform for mature and sensual content created by and for adults 18+. Here is a quick summary of what is and is not allowed:
Allowed: lingerie, swimwear, boudoir, tasteful partial nudity (covered breasts, covered genitals, covered anus), suggestive posing, kissing and intimate non-sexual contact, fetish and kink content that does not depict sexual acts or visible genitalia, and any other mature and sensual content featuring verified adults 18+.
Not allowed: sexually explicit content, content that sexualizes minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, bestiality, incest, prostitution and escort services, and off-platform solicitation that bypasses our payment system.
The full rules are in our content policy.
How do subscriptions work?
Creators set their own subscription price. Fans can subscribe from the creator's profile page. You can choose between monthly or annual billing:
- Monthly, Pay the creator's set price each month.
- Annual, Pay 10× the monthly price once per year (save 2 months).
When you subscribe, you'll be charged the subscription price plus a processing fee (3.7% + $0.30).
You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of your current billing period, no refunds for partial periods.
For creators: You receive the subscription amount minus the 15% service fee and processing fee. Earnings are added to your balance and are available for withdrawal after a brief settlement period.
What fees does the platform charge?
We charge two types of fees:
1. Processing fee (3.7% + $0.30), Applies to every transaction processed through Stripe, including subscription payments, tips, gifts, and creator payouts. This covers Stripe's costs plus a small margin.
2. Service fee (15%), Our platform commission on all creator earnings. This is deducted from subscriptions, tips, and gifts before the net amount is added to your balance.
Example: $10/month subscription
Fan pays: $10.67 ($10 + $0.67 processing)
Stripe fee: $0.61
Service fee (15%): $1.50
Creator earns: $8.50
How do I get paid out?
You can request a payout anytime from your Earnings dashboard once your available balance reaches $10.00. A processing fee of 3.7% + $0.30 is deducted before funds are sent to your bank account via Stripe Connect (typically 2-5 business days). You'll receive an itemized email receipt when your payout is sent.
Important: New earnings have a 7-day settlement period before they become available for withdrawal. This helps protect against chargebacks and ensures only settled funds are paid out. Your Earnings dashboard shows both your pending and available balances.
Example: $10.00 payout
Gross amount: $10.00
Processing fee (3.7% + $0.30): -$0.67
You receive: $9.33
Payout email includes: Gross amount, processing fee breakdown, net deposited amount, and a list of all transactions included in the payout.
How do refunds and chargebacks work for creators?
Refunds: If a refund is issued, the full transaction amount is deducted from the creator's balance. The platform's service fee is retained since the service was already provided. Stripe's processing fee is non-refundable and is absorbed by the creator.
Chargebacks: If a fan disputes a charge with their bank, the disputed amount plus Stripe's chargeback fee (typically $15) is deducted from the creator's balance.
We handle all refund and chargeback administration on behalf of creators. The 7-day settlement period helps ensure that disputed funds are not paid out before they can be reversed.
How do creator coupons work?
Creators can create discount coupons from their Studio → Promotions page. Each coupon generates a shareable link that fans can use to get a discount on their subscription.
For creators:
- Create coupons with percentage or fixed-amount discounts
- Set duration (single use, forever, or limited)
- Limit the number of redemptions or set an expiry date
- Share the link on social media, in DMs, or anywhere
- Track how many times each coupon is used
For fans:
If a creator shares a coupon link with you, the discount is automatically applied when you subscribe. The coupon code is included in the link, just click and subscribe.
How do tips and gifts work?
Fans can send gifts to creators from their profile page or from individual posts. These are one-time payments processed through coins.
VIP posts: Some creators offer premium content that requires a gift to unlock. When you gift on a VIP post, the content is unlocked immediately.
A 15% service fee is deducted before the net amount is added to the creator's balance. Coin gifts have only a 15% service fee (no processing fee).
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once confirmed, the following happens:
What is deleted:
- Your username, email, display name, bio, avatar, and banner
- Your subscription and follow relationships
- Your likes, comments, message reactions, and push subscriptions
- Your coin balance and all account settings
What is kept (for legal and financial compliance):
- Transaction records, including purchases, subscriptions, gifts, and payouts
- Content you posted remains accessible to users who purchased it
- Messages you sent remain accessible to their recipients
For creators: Active subscriptions are canceled at the end of the current billing period. Any available balance above $10 is automatically paid out. Subscribers are notified. Pending payouts must be resolved before deletion.
For fans: Active subscriptions are canceled immediately. Unused coins are forfeited.
If you signed up with Google, you'll receive a verification code by email to confirm the deletion. If you signed up with a password, you'll need to enter it.
How do Baddie Battles work?
What is a Baddie Battle? Two creators compete in a 24-hour versus match. Fans vote with coins, and the creator with the most points wins. Creators keep the points their fans gave them, minus a 15% service fee.
How do I vote? Go to the Battle Arena and choose a battle to watch. You'll see both creators' media side-by-side. Click "Vote" on the creator you want to support, enter the number of coins to bet (any amount), and confirm. Your coins are deducted from your balance and added to the creator's point tally. The gauge updates instantly.
How much does it cost to vote? There's no minimum or maximum, 1 coin = 1 point. You can vote with as few as 1 coin. You can only vote once per battle.
How do I join as a creator? Make sure you're "Accepting Battles" in your Studio → Battles page. When you create a new post, check the "Enter Baddie Battle" checkbox. The system will automatically pair you with another creator when one becomes available. Each battle uses one piece of media, after the battle ends, submit new media to re-enter the queue.
How long does a battle last? 24 hours from when it was created. After 24 hours, votes are counted and the winner is determined. Earnings are automatically added to the creator's balance.
What happens if there's a tie? If both creators have exactly the same number of points, it's a draw, neither gets a win counted, but both still keep their coins.
What do creators earn? Each creator keeps the coins their fans voted for them, minus a 15% service fee. These are added to your earned balance (fiat) at 1 coin = $0.01, available for payout through the normal weekly payout process.
Can I opt out? Yes. Go to Studio → Battles and toggle "Opt Out." This prevents new pairings but doesn't affect any active battles you're in.
Can I see the content before voting? Yes! Media is fully visible on the battle page before you vote. Voting is how you show support, not how you access the content.
What's a battle streak? Consecutive wins. It's shown on your profile and in your battle dashboard.
