How to Report Violations
Anyone on Oh My Baddie can report content that violates our Terms of Service, including posts, messages, and user profiles. The report button is available on every post, in every conversation, and on every profile page. Copyright holders can also submit a formal DMCA takedown notice via our DMCA page or by emailing [email protected].
Review Process
Our admin team reviews each report and takes one of the following actions:
- Dismiss — the reported content does not violate our policies
- Action Taken — the report was reviewed and acknowledged without content removal (e.g., a formal warning issued)
- Takedown — the content is removed from the platform and the content owner is notified
Three-Strike System
Each time content is removed for violating our Terms of Service, the content owner receives a strike:
- Strike 1 — Warning issued, content removed, account flagged for monitoring
- Strike 2 — Final warning, content removed, account placed under heightened review
- Strike 3 — Account flagged for suspension review by an admin
Strikes expire after 45 days of clean activity. If no further violations occur within 45 days, the strike count resets to zero.
Account Suspension
If an account reaches 3 active strikes, an admin reviews the account history and determines whether suspension is warranted. If the account is suspended:
- The account is immediately restricted from posting new content
- All subscriber-only content is hidden
- All active subscriptions are canceled
- Fans will not be charged for future billing periods
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period (per our Refund Policy)
- The creator's available balance remains accessible for withdrawal
Appeals
Users who believe a strike was issued in error may submit an appeal through our contact form. An admin will review the appeal and may clear the strike if the content was removed incorrectly.
