Copyright Infringement Notification

Oh My Baddie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that material on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (URL)
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please contact us with "DMCA Counter-Notice" as the subject.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Oh My Baddie will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
